Our Telecommunications team has
local and international experience and capacity
to advise on issues in the areas of licensing of
systems including licensing policy, modification
of licenses, revocation of licenses, license
enforcement, network and interconnection
agreements, as well as key principles and issues
in interconnection, property rights and legal
issues involving criminal and contractual
liabilities.
